The Property

Our B&B is located in the heart of Chiaia, the most elegant and refined district of the city. This exclusive area is full of charm, home to the trendiest venues and the most prestigious international fashion boutiques.

The property is situated on the third floor of a historic, elegant building with a grand entrance and period staircase, currently undergoing a careful restoration. Just a few steps away, guests can access a partnered garage — a convenient option for those arriving by car.

The location is truly strategic: only a short walk from Piazza del Plebiscito, the San Carlo Theatre, and the scenic pedestrian seafront — perfect for relaxing strolls between the sea and culture. Also nearby are the Villa Comunale and the renowned Anton Dohrn Zoological Station. The B&B is well connected to the historic city center by both bus and metro lines.

Part of a recently renovated apartment, the B&B offers four cozy and comfortable rooms, each with a private bathroom. Every room is named after one of the beautiful destinations in the Gulf of Naples — Capri, Ischia, Procida, and Sorrento — and is tastefully decorated in a classic style, reflecting the colors and atmosphere of the place it represents.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, minibar, safe, free Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer.

Guests can also enjoy an elegant family lounge with a view of Via dei Mille: a refined space, furnished with antiques and ideal for relaxing with a good book, enjoying breakfast, or spending pleasant moments. A fully equipped shared kitchen is also available.
